Ryan Krane
Mindset & Accountability Coach

Ryan Krane is a professional speaker with over 10 years of experience and has a unique background. From an early age Ryan encountered many struggles including hitting rock bottom. Ryan was diagnosed with a severe learning disability that affected how he processed information and understood visual concepts. This made it challenging for him to follow directions and understand abstract concepts. This learning disability played a major impact on his childhood. From ages 9-15 years old he spent countless hours in therapy because his self-esteem was very low, was depressed and had no internal belief in himself. This pain was unbearable and made it difficult for Ryan to make it through most days. Ryan’s life hit its lowest point when he was 9 years old. He couldn’t stand the emotional pain so much so that he drew a picture of taking his own life.
His therapist said something profound to him that would ultimately change the landscape of his life. She looked at Ryan in the eyes and said, “Ryan if you don’t quit on yourself and you do the hard work to improve your mindset and confidence when nobody is watching, you will learn how to overcome these challenges and become more resilient. By doing the work on improving your mindset, attitude, and restoring your confidence you will have an opportunity to pay it forward and bless hundreds of thousands of people with your heart and amazing gifts that God gave you. Please do not give up!”
Who knew that those words would radically change Ryan’s life? He stuffed away what his therapist told him until he was 15 years old. Then when he was the captain of his high school tennis team he began to inspire his teammates through motivation and encouragement.
This was a huge benefit to the team because many of the athletes struggled with a negative mindset and experienced nerves before their matches. Ryan was able to calm them down and teach them how to believe in themselves, which had a big impact on their performance. As a result of his efforts and the time he spent empowering the athletes, many of their parents said, “Ryan you have a special gift of inspiring others and empowering them to believe in themselves”. This gift equipped the players with the tools to execute under pressure and trust themselves to perform at their best during their tennis matches.
After age 15 Ryan decided he would use the gifts that God gave him. His gifts were to motivate others and empower them to perform at their optimal level. Ryan encouraged others to think and feel their best on and off the court.
Ryan loves to help people and has made it his life mission to bless others and use his struggles to be an inspirational force in the lives of anyone who comes into his path.
