YOGA
The word "yoga" is derived from the Sanskrit root "Yuji", meaning "to join" or "to unite". Yoga encourages focus on the connecting the mind and body through breathing and purposeful movements and guides the mind away from the stress of daily life. Many describe yoga as an overwhelming feeling of inner peace. Our free and low-cost yoga clinics on the beach provide the perfect setting to relax and leave the stress behind.
