Meditation is a mental exercise that involves training your attention and mind to achieve calmness and awareness. Studies show that meditation reduces stress, helps with depression and promotes brain health. It has also been shown to improve focus and concentration. The great thing about meditation is that you don't need an instructor or any equipment; all you need is a little time!
